CANCELLATION POLICY

At HOD, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service.
